Yummy Teriyaki Chicken Wings & Drumettes
Do you have a favorite chicken wing recipe? In Yum-Yum Bento Box we have my mother-in-law's special chicken wing recipe: teriyaki style!
This sauce is the same used for the Teriyaki Meatballs in the book as well. To fry the wings, simply rinse the frozen wing or drumette in water, then coat in flour. Shake off the excess and then fry until golden brown.
To prepare the sauce, simply mix 1 cup of light soy sauce with 10 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
Once the chicken is done frying, let it soak in the sauce. The longer it soaks the more flavor you will have!
