I just discovered your Yum Yum Bento Box Cookbook. there was a copy in my daughters Dentist office..What a magically wonderful book!!!! I love it!!!!!!!! I am in California and am involved in a Designs for Healthy Living Showcase and Gala in March. The event is a one day event that will feature healthy living choices, environmental awareness, balanced lifestyle and entertaining ideas…..We will have speakers and demonstrations all day and evening… you must some how be a part of this event…you are brilliant in presentation and content of education…you would touch the lives of many….would you at all be interested in participating in some way…I would love to have you here, doing a demonstration and book signing, but I know that is a long shot…maybe donating signed books for the event or possible doing a video presentation or showcasing the videos you already have…I am so very excited to get in touch with you…Dole and Whole Foods are some of our larger sponsors, we also have wonderful chef demos and tastings….Let me know your thoughts…hopefully we can work together on this event…There will be 1200-1500 people attending…..Warmly, Michelle Hanley
