A “Yum-Yum Bento Box” Bento

Hi everyone! Word has come in that some people that pre-ordered Yum-Yum Bento Box: Fresh Recipes for Adorable Lunches from Amazon have already received their copies! To celebrate this momentous occasion as well as to celebrate my 500th bento, I’ve made a charaben of the cover of the book. Enjoy!

Catherine July 8, 2010 at 3:12 pm: My copy came yesterday – had to resist looking at it all day. Made the frogs tonight and I’m really proud of it as it’s my first charaben. I had no onigiri moulds suitable so made it by hand, looking forward to trying more in the future.
